If I can share one thing, it's that it takes a village in your health and wellness journey. Massage is just one piece of the puzzle. You may need acupuncture, chiropractic, naturopathic medicine, or physical therapy, but everyone can only IMPROVE with better nutrition and fitness.
A few years ago after having my twins, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's Thyroiditis. My doctor guided me to change my diet to a very specific and healing regime. I had three little girls at home and I decided it was time to become healthy and strong to keep up with them, as well as set a good example for them. I decided to dedicate myself to the Beachbody lifestyle of exercise and nutrition. Two months after my diagnosis, I had lost 20 pounds and gained energy, strength and confidence. Not only that, but I eventually put my Hashimoto's in remission! I continue to lose weight and gain strength each and every day. I am so passionate about this no-nonsense approach to exercise and nutrition that I decided to become a Beachbody Coach. Especially in these times of COVID, we all need to take care of ourselves. My gym never closes - I can do a workout from anywhere. I drink a superfood shake every day that is like nothing else on the market. I've got a network of incredible support. I'm in better shape than I've ever been in my whole life.
